WHEN SHOULD ROOF MAINTENANCE BE PERFORMED?

It is recommended that roof maintenance and repairs be performed at least twice a year. Maintenance and repair are also recommended after severe weather, including hail, high winds, and severe storms.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Manufacturer NDL Warranty includes flashing joints, corners, overlaps, areas around drains, penetrations, and along the roof perimeter. Other points of service include: re-securing roofing materials, apply caulk to areas as required, remove debris such as leaves and ponding water, and provide a report of findings and minor repairs. Repairs can be performed upon each visit, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually.

ANNUAL INSPECTIONS

We offer quarterly, biannual and annual roof inspections, in which our team will check for punctures, gaps, leak points, poor flashing or design, and other structural vulnerabilities that can incur heavy expenses and profit losses if they are left unaddressed.
